Storage
• Keep at room temperature for 3–5 days.
• If your home is warm, pop them in an airtight container.
• For long-term storage, freeze for up to 3 months (they thaw beautifully).
Heating (optional but life-changing)
• Microwave for 10–15 seconds for maximum goo.
• Oven: 160°C for 3–4 minutes if you want a warm, bakery-fresh vibe.
Freezing tips
• Freeze in slices.
• Wrap each piece in clingfilm or foil.
• Defrost at room temperature for about an hour.

• Best eaten fresh on the day of delivery.
• If you’re saving it, keep it in an airtight container at room temp for 1–2 days.
Heating
• Oven: 160°C for 5–7 minutes.
• Air fryer: 150°C for 3–4 minutes.
• Avoid microwaving unless you enjoy melted chaos.
Freezing
• Yes, you can freeze it. Wrap it well and freeze for up to 1 month.
• Reheat straight from frozen in the oven or air fryer for a crisp top.

• Don’t freeze these. It ruins the texture.

• Best served chilled straight from the fridge.

If you receive a brûlée that needs caramelising:
• Sprinkle sugar evenly on top.
• Use a blowtorch until golden.
