I’m Rhi, a Bristol-based chef and sweet tooth. I started making brownies and blondies for friends and family, and it snowballed into people actually requesting boxes. Now I spend December testing new flavours, torching crème brûlées and delivering dessert boxes around Bristol so you don’t have to juggle pastry stress on top of life. Every order is baked in small batches, packed by hand and sent out like I’m feeding my own mates.
